What I thought was just a date at our first date spot turned into a surprise of a lifetime! Sean is so thoughtful and intentional, so naturally he planned my dream proposal with friends and family. We got drinks and sat down in the book shop, but of course I picked the "wrong seat" at first. Little did I know he was going to "pick up" a book he had made for me. When he brought it to me we read through it together and when we made it to the last page, he got on one knee. He had an oyster ring box with the most beautiful pearl I'd ever seen inside! Before he could say anything, I said, "I was right! Are you about to propose?!" We giggled and then he asked and it was magical! Suddenly a photographer popped out from behind a shelf and started snapping. After many tears and snuggles, we took more pics around the book shop. In the middle of the pics, my friends ran in with my parents. The surprises kept coming and I was overjoyed! We met up with more friends for dinner to finish off the best night ever! I am so grateful for Sean always, but I'm even more excited to become his wife. We can't wait to celebrate with y'all!
