When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Friday, September 4th, 2026. RSVPs will open when invites are sent later this year.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony no later than 4:15 p.m. Shuttles will be available from the AmericInn hotel parking lot at 3:25 p.m. and 4 p.m. Additional shuttles may be added, depending on hotel bookings.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal attire. For women: Midi, floor-length, or cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates. For men: A suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt and jacket, ties optional.

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Reception Shuttles

Answer

Please take advantage of our shuttle service! Shuttles will be leaving the venue at 9 p.m., 10:15 p.m., 11 p.m., and 11:45 p.m. to drop off at the AmericInn parking lot (accessible for guests staying at the AmericInn, Holiday Inn Express, and Nichols Inn). Additional shuttles may be added, depending on hotel bookings. Ubers are difficult to arrange in Red Wing but may be available.
