When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Friday, September 4th, 2026. RSVPs will open when invites are sent later this year.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony no later than 4:15 p.m. Shuttles will be available from the AmericInn hotel parking lot at 3:25 p.m., 3:45 p.m., and 4 p.m. A shuttle will also be leaving from the Country Inn & Suites at 3:30 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal attire. For women: Midi or floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates. For men: A suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt and jacket, ties optional.

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Reception Shuttles

Please take advantage of our shuttle service! Shuttles will be leaving the venue at 9 p.m., 10:15 p.m., 11 p.m., and 11:45 p.m. to drop off at the AmericInn parking lot (accessible for guests staying at the AmericInn, Holiday Inn Express, and Nichols Inn). They will also make stops at the Country Inn & Suites.
