Do you have a hotel room block?

Yes! A room block is available at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Mooresville for the dates of Thursday, November 6th through Sunday, November 9th. Yes, there’s plenty of parking at the venue.

Is the wedding ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. To keep things cozy, we'll have an outdoor fire pit glowing all night long. Be sure to bring a coat to stay warm and enjoy the evening!

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 3:30. The ceremony will start promptly at 4PM.

Yes - Our ceremony and some areas of cocktail hour will be held on grass.
