How do I book a hotel room at Tailwater?

Instructions for Booking On-line Reservations: 1. www.tailwaterlodge.com 2. Click Book Now (upper right corner) 3. Edit Arrival/Departure dates (valid October 17-19, 2025) 4. Number of rooms/guests 5. Click Special Rates button 6. Group Code: EXCL 7. Click Update The Group Rate of $269/$289 per night will appear for reservations. Guests must reserve the room with a credit card. A card will be authorized upon arrival for the full amount, plus incidentals and will not get charged until day of departure. All rooms must be booked by SEPTEMBER 18, 2025 to receive the block rate. Guests can also call the hotel direct at (315) 298-3434 and give the agent the Group Code (EXCL). Guest check-in is 3:00pm and guest check-out is 11:00am.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire: Men: Suit and tie (not necessarily a tux). Women: Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, dressy skirts, or jumpsuits.

Please RSVP by mail on September 18th at the latest. Please be sure to initial dinner choice.

When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on October 18th, 2025, at Tailwater Lodge in Altmar, NY. The ceremony will begin at approximately 4:00 PM, followed by a cocktail hour and reception to celebrate!

Please plan on arriving before 4:00 PM.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

We will be indoors for the ceremony and reception. The indoors does have air conditioning if the weather is warm.
