What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45 PM. The ceremony will begin shortly after, and arriving by 3:45 ensures you have time to park, get settled, and not interrupt the start of the celebration.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is May 15. Please make sure to submit your response by then so we can finalize our headcount and details for the day.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, if you’re staying at the Fairfield Inn, there will be a complimentary shuttle you can choose to take. The bus will pick guests up at the hotel at 3:15 PM and drop everyone at Terrydiddle Farm around 3:40 PM. After the celebration, return shuttles will leave the venue at 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, bringing guests back to the hotel at approximately 9:25 PM and 10:25 PM. If you’re staying elsewhere or prefer to drive, you’re welcome to use your own transportation, but hotel guests are encouraged to take advantage of the shuttle for convenience.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is on‑site parking available at Terrydiddle Farm. The venue has a dedicated parking area right on the property, so guests who choose to drive will have a convenient place to park. The lot is close to the main event space, making it an easy walk to the ceremony and reception areas. Anyone driving in will have no trouble finding a spot.

What is the dress code?

We invite you to join us in Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual attire. For women, think cocktail dresses, or elegant midis. For men, we suggest a suit or a blazer with chinos (ties are optional). A Note on Footwear: Since our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the manicured lawns, we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats for your comfort. We also suggest bringing a light layer, as the evening air can get chilly under the reception tent!

If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Although we love your children, due to budget/space constraints we ask that only adults attend.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we’ll have an open bar! All drinks are covered for the night, and guests should plan to tip the bartenders. A tip jar will be available at the bar for convenience.
