Maid of Honor
Fun fact: I've known her all of her life and she has the best sister in the whole world. HA! I know that 'sister' doesn't always mean 'friend', but Liv is Maddy's right-hand gal and very truly her best friend. She knows me inside and out and understands me better than almost anyone in the whole world. God knew that we wouldn't be exactly the same, but that our differences would complement each others. Liv is my confidant and my partner in crime, and I am so proud to call this beautiful and strong lady my Maid of Honor. Jeremy and I couldn't imagine this day without Liv playing such an integral role.
Best Man
I have known Daniel for most of life since we went to the same church as kids, but I would say the beginning of the friendship that we have today really began when we met at Creamistry in Brea, CA to discuss what it would be like to be roommates at UCLA. That kicked off a 4 year stretch of being roommates where we lived through all the highs and lows of being in college making unforgettable memories.

Believe it or not, Hannah has known the groom much longer than the bride has!! She is the best future-sister-in-law I could ever ask for. Hannah has supported and encouraged both Maddy and Jeremy in their relationships with each other and with the Lord. I feel so lucky to be marrying someone who has a sister that I am also blessed to count as a true friend! I'm beyond thrilled that Hannah is going to be standing by our side on our wedding day and for the rest of our marriage.
Groomsman
My brother in law Matt initally became famous in our family for the new boyfriend of Hannah's "with kind eyes". A few years later, he is known for being a great friend to everyone he meets, and an even greater husband to my sister. I always love spending time with my sister and Matt whether it is conquering Half Dome or talking about what God is doing in our lives or poking fun at Matt for trying not to fall asleep while we are all hanging out way too late at night.

Grace is a gem and is one of the funniest and most genuine humans that I know. She is insightful and listens to understand and empathize, not just to respond. We met at UCLA during our 2nd year and immediately clicked- so much so that we were roommates our last two years in college. Our deep friendship is full of laughter, truth, and encouragement. God knew that I needed a Grace Eaton in my life. I'm so grateful to have her beside me on our wedding day!
Groomsman
I have known Nick most of my life, but our friendship became unbreakable in Junior High and High school, when we were in the same small group at church. In High School, we started filling our summers with a plethora of new sports, competing while we gain new skills (like Tennis, Disc golfing, Ping pong and more). One of the most notable instances was when we went 51 straight days where we physically hung out together (a streak that was so cool to me that I even purposefully stopped a snapchat streak so it didn't pass 51). I didn't want any streak to ever beat 51.

If I had to describe my friendship with Faith in one word, it would be consistent. Faith has seen me through seasons of great suffering and seasons of great joy- and she has been a constant throughout. No pun intended, Faith is one of the most faith-ful women that I have ever met! We lived together through all 4 years at UCLA, so Faith knows all of my quirks and annoying habits and she STILL loves me :) I had the immense privilege of being in Faith's beautiful wedding in December of 2020 and I am so excited to reverse roles and have her play such an important role in our big day!

I met Tyler as a freshman at UCLA. Initially, he thought I had already graduated college, and I thought he was the "class clown" type, but it didn't take long for us to realize that we were very alike. A bunch of basketball games and deep conversations and jokes later, we spent back to back spring breaks traversing the US bouncing National Park to National Park sleeping in the car, discussing the beauty of God's nature and his redemptive power in our lives and the lives around us.

You can probably find Mace and Mads at a coffee shop somewhere in LA, sipping on their iced lattes of choice and talking about the intricacies of life and people and faith. Macie and Maddy met at UCLA during their sophomore year and have been close ever since, so much so, that they decided to live together after college!! Mace is full of joy and encourages me to strive to look more like Jesus everyday. She calls me out when I need to be called out and gives me grace when I need to be given grace. I cannot wait for Macie to be standing up there with me at the altar!!

Jacob and I have been great friends through church for the majority of my life, and our friendship has been extremely diverse (activity and interest wise). We are very similar in our love for group strategy board games and group sports (like Spikeball), and he has told me some of the funniest stories I have ever heard. While animated story telling is the most popular for entertaining, Jacob's subdued style for delivering stories where I never see the next thing coming keeps me on the edge of my seat. Moreover, showing the diversity of our friendship, I admire Jacob's willingness to challenge status quos and be honest with himself when it comes to spiritual and emotional issues.

I first met Jacqueline on Facebook (HA!) when we decided to live together our freshman year at UCLA. Our friendship began to blossom over dining hall meals together and late night studying, and from there it progressed to a sweet lifelong connection. Jac has seen me through some of my toughest moments in life and she knows me better than most (even how messy I kept my third of our dorm room in college!!). I am so thankful to the Lord for putting her in my life! We dreamed about being in each other's weddings one day, and I'm thrilled to finally make it happen.

I met Elijah at church when Nick (Slope) brought him into our small group in 7th grade. My initial thought was that Elijah was huge! At this time I was probably a foot shorter than him and a fraction of his weight. Next thing we knew, Elijah was a mainstay and part of the glue holding our small group together. One place our friendship has possibly reached both its peak and its valley is on the basketball court. Elijah, being a dominant big man, and I, a small guard, as teammates have been able to make the dream work, and as opponents have been able to flare tempers. I may or may not take advantage of the size difference when I guard him (Referees can't call a foul on the small guy! Ha!)
Bridesmaid
Phoebe Wang is my most honest friend. If I want to hear the truth (spoken in love, of course), I'll ask Phoebe. She actually grew up going to church and on mission trips with Jeremy and I met her later, which is SO fun because it means that she knows the bride AND the groom really well. We spent our first year of post-grad living together in Culver City and I'm so glad that we did. Phoebe is hilarious, she is always willing to plan an impromptu trip or adventure with me, and she is so very genuine. I am grateful that Phoebe is going to be such an important part of our wedding!

Of all my friends, Tanner is the one I have been very close to by far the longest, as we hung out all the time when I was a kid. I have a ton of great memories with Tanner spanning a huge variety of developmental stages: From hitting him in the back when I was 3 and running away as if I was getting away with something just to fall down during my escape route, to also figuring out how to convince our parents we should have a sleep over after our dad's softball games, to talking about life leading up to High School when the unthinkable happened: Tanner and his family left for Texas. One of the things that makes Tanner and my relationship so special is that it has withstood and will continue to withstand the test of both time and distance. If Tanner and I ever find ourselves in the same city, I hope our wives will understand sleep overs are a part of the deal (Ha!)

I met Cameron when I became a part of a small church plant in west LA and I'm so beyond lucky that I did! Cameron is such an inspiration to me. She loves Jesus with everything that she is and her life reflects that; she truly pushes me to live out the gospel truth in my life as well. Cam is hilarious, she is sincere, and she is kind. Everyone that she meets can tell that they just made a new friend in Cameron. She has unconditionally and fervently supported me in my relationship with Jeremy, and that is why I asked her to stand up next to us on our wedding day!

I first met Jared freshman year at UCLA when he came up to me trying to get all the freshmen on a group chat. My initial guess was that he was one of those uber-social guys that floats around group to group and it was somewhat likely I never see him again, and boy was I wrong. He eventually became an apartment mate for 2 years with me and grew into being one of my best friends.. and he is an introvert! Who knew?! I am so thankful for the group chat he made that first day I met him, the classes we took together every quarter getting our Mechanical Engineering degrees, and the ways he challenged me throughout our entire friendship.
Ring Bearer
Maddy was Seb's nanny for two years while she was in college and it was then that this pair became the best of friends. Seb and Maddy have explored many parks, beaches, libraries, grocery stores, and, of course, corners of his backyard together through the years. He is very bright and quite the conversationalist, but he and Maddy always find time to be silly and goofy together. Maddy couldn't imagine her wedding without Sebby walking down the aisle before her! He will be an incredible ring bearer- no really, they've already talked through his whole job several times :)
Flower Girl
Johanna and June are two of the sweetest gals that you'll ever meet! When my cousin Natalie announced that she was having another baby girl a few years ago, I was 1. thrilled, because I know first-hand how amazing it is to have a sister and 2. I knew that one day I'd want to ask those little ladies to be my flower girls. Jeremy and Maddy both have sisters, so it means a lot to them that two sisters will be spreading those beautiful petals down the aisle!
