What should I wear?

We want you to show up in Full Color! Pick a color, or a couple, inspired by the color palette provided above, and run with it! What feels frivolous and fun that sits in the back of your closet waiting for the "Right Time"? Well, it's time to bring it out!! Let's get fancy, no such thing as over-dressed! If you feel vibrant and jovial, you've hit the mark. :)

What weather should I anticipate?

Answer

Oregon can be cold and rainy, or sunny and warm during June, so keep an eye out in the weeks in advance for the most accurate estimate of what to expect. We highly recommend layers and versatile apparel. Be sure to bring your rain jacket/umbrella!

Where do I park?

Answer

Welcome Event: Unfortunately, our complex has extremely limited parking and will not be able to accommodate all our group’s vehicles. We ask that you park in the parking lot of Five Guys, nearly directly across the street from our place. Those with mobility issues will want to be dropped off before parking the car. This parking is free. Commitment Ceremony: The site of the ceremony is the first picnic shelter on the right, as you funnel into the parking lot from the road. Feel free to park wherever you please in relation to the picnic site. (It will be obvious where we are) Parking is $10/car for in-state residents and $12/car for out-of-state residents. Be sure to get your parking slip paid for before joining our party. Reception: There is a fairly small front parking lot to Acme Cafe that you are all free to use. Those who do not fit in the front lot can overflow into the parking lot behind the building. This parking is free.

How far is Salem from the PDX airport?

Answer

We are just about one hour from PDX. Amtrak trains and Greyhound buses run from PDX to Salem a few times per day. They are exceptionally affordable (around $10 one way, when purchased in advance), but can fill up quick, so plan ahead! Car rentals are also available at the PDX airport. If you'd prefer, you could also rent a car within Salem limits, where there are additional options. We encourage you to reach out in the GroupMe channel for carpools, housing shares, and more. Let's build this community!

How do I add a Plus One?

Answer

When you put your name in to RSVP, any +1’s will be indicated by name at that time. If you do not have a +1 on your invite, we kindly ask that you attend independently. - You will be welcomed with open arms and there will be enough love to pass around. :)
