Transportation

Answer

A shuttle to and from the venue will be provided for those who book through the room block. The shuttle will depart at 4:00 pm from the front entrance of the hotel. The venue is 30 minutes away from the Hilton Inverness. If you prefer to drive, you may drive your own car to venue. You can leave your car overnight at the venue.

Can we Uber?

You may Uber to the venue. The venue has warned us that it is very hard to get an Uber home from the venue. If you want to Uber home, we recommend scheduling it in advance.

Getting to the Venue and Parking

Answer

You will need to go through a guard shack to enter the community. Just let them know you are going to the golf course for a wedding. When you're driving up the hill, there are 2 parking lots (upper & lower parking). You can park in either one and head towards the main front doors then go around the right side of the building to the ceremony location.

What is the Dress Code?

Semi-Formal (men: suit or sport coat, women: long or short dress)

Is the venue outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be indoors. If there is inclement weather, we will move inside.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In September the average high is 80°F and the average low is 49°F.

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, the only children invited are those that are named.

Smoking area at Arrowhead

Answer

Smoking must be done at least 25 feet away from the building and everything must be disposed of properly.
