Morgan is one of Maddy’s closest friends at Purdue. They met through the Purdue Nursing program and Campus House Church. Between the frequent heart-to-heart conversations, coffee dates, gym sessions, and early 5 a.m. drives to clinical rotations, they see each other nearly every day. Maddy truly can’t imagine making it through nursing school without Morgan by her side.

Nathan has been by Buck’s side since sixth grade — from playing basketball together and delivering pizzas at a local shop as a high school job to encouraging each other to be men of integrity. Buck especially remembers their Friday night hangouts in high school, often followed by early morning gym sessions on Saturdays.

Lauren is Maddy’s sister-in-law. Maddy met Lauren 5 years ago at the College of William & Mary, where Lauren and Maddy’s older brother, Adam, went to school together.

Adam is Maddy’s older brother, and the two have been very close since childhood. Despite getting married and living far apart, they still make time to visit and remain an important part of each other’s lives.

Leah is one of Maddy’s closest friends from Purdue. They met while working together at Greyhouse Coffee on campus and became friends through their shared love of running and coffee dates. Leah and Maddy are grateful to have each other in their lives, as they share a very similar way of thinking - sometimes joking that it’s as if they have the same brain!

Nate is the brother who Buck grew up closest to, spending much of their childhood playing together, going to school together, and competing on basketball teams together. They have shared nearly every stage of life side by side. Nate has always encouraged Buck to be a better man and to think through his decisions with the care of a loving older brother.

Lydia is one of Maddy's oldest friends from Massachusetts. The two have been friends since preschool and have gotten to watch each other grow up. Their friendship has a history of countless sleepovers watching Barbie movies, playing Calico Critters, and summers at Camp Berea.
Ted Wright

Ted is Buck’s middle brother and has always encouraged and challenged him to grow. They have bonded over pushing each other to become better men of God and stronger both physically and mentally. They love to workout, run or get grounded in the word together. Ted is married to Bekah, and they have a beautiful daughter, Bella.
Emily Fisher

Emily is one of Maddy’s oldest friends from Massachusetts. They have been friends since before preschool - so early, in fact, that their first sleepover happened when they were only a few months old. They grew up together, traveling to Disney World, performing in musicals throughout middle and high school, and spending many summers boogie boarding at the beach.
Zane Wright

Zane is another of Buck’s older brothers, currently living in Hawaii with his wife, Cam. He has invited Buck on several adventures over the years, including trips to Colorado and Hawaii, always making him feel at home with friends. Buck has long admired Zane’s ability to live life fully and forge his own path.

Ellery and Maddy met through Chi Omega at Purdue University, where they were randomly assigned as roommates for a semester and quickly became close friends. They spent countless hours goofing off in their room and still share an unforgettable inside joke about a “squirrel.” Although their time living together was short, Ellery made a lasting impact on Maddy during a time when she truly needed a loving and genuine friend.

Maxx is Buck’s oldest brother and has always played an instrumental role in mentoring and guiding Buck and their other brothers. He and Buck share a love for the mountains and the outdoors, often talking about trips and adventures together. Maxx is married to Malorie, and they have two wonderful children, Adaline (flower girl) and Callan.
April Gray

April and Maddy met through Delight, a women’s Christian small group at Purdue University. They are now roommates and have gotten to navigate the many ups and downs of senior year together. One of their favorite things to do at their apartment is watch Love Is Blind and guess which couples will actually fall in love!
Ian Van Beek

Buck met Ian through his college fraternity, where their friendship quickly began with jokes, and a memorable pantsing incident at a Raising Cane’s cash register. Since then, Buck has been welcomed into Ian’s family vacations and adventures. Along with plenty of laughs, the two have shared many late-night conversations about the joys and challenges of life.

Buck met Jake through his college fraternity, where their friendship began with Friday morning coffee chats about life, relationships, and challenging personal growth. Over the years, they’ve shared plenty of college shenanigans, including a few pranks. Jake is marrying Carley Seward on May 31st.
