San Diego in mid-May can be unpredictable! Especially by the ocean, it is often chillier than people expect, and is usually overcast by the water (what we call "May Gray") in the mornings, which can clear up by the afternoon. Highs are usually in the high-60s/low 70s, with lows in the mid-to-high 50s. Layers will be your best friend!

Parking at Martin Johnson house is very limited. We recommend guests park in UCSD parking lots 010, 011, 012 and 013 or utilize Uber/Lyft for stress-free transportation!
To keep our wedding as small and intimate as possible, only guests named on your invitation are invited!
We do not have a room block for guests to book into! San Diego is a big city with a lot of cool areas to stay, and we wanted our guests to have flexibility to book their stay in any location! Some areas we recommend: Mission Bay/Beach, Pacific Beach, Point Loma, Del Mar and Encinitas (a little further north), and Coronado!
