Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes, we have decided to have our ceremony outside with the mountains as our background, rain or shine!

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

We have decided to have a small and intimate ceremony. Unfortunately due to limited space, budgetary and venue constraints we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the invitation. There will be no plus ones at our intimate ceremony or dinner. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress up with us in formal attire! We would love to see our guests in pops of colour as our wedding party will be dressed in black. We also ask ladies to not wear white.

Is there pre-arranged transportation for guests?

Answer

No. Guests are responsible for transportation from the airport and to/from our ceremony venue as well as the dinner location. Parking is extremely limited at our ceremony space due to the time of year. We recommend uber, taxi, carpooling or shuttle/bus to our ceremony location.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. We have provided some accommodation recommendations for your viewing. There are also available Airbnb’s in the area.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos/videos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy. So please, as beautiful as the moment will be, please no cell phone use during our ceremony.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 11am (MST). Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled in your seat. Please give yourself more time if driving to find parking. Unfortunately, if you have not arrived to a seat by 10:55am you will not be seated.
