We are unfortunately only able to accommodate the individuals specifically named on the invitation. (This includes adults and children)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. After turning off Bavaria Road, follow the driveway until you reach the first available left toward the white building. Look for the couple’s names and the brown ‘Equestria West: Event Parking’ sign, then turn right toward the designated parking lot. Guests may use the circle drive at the front of the venue for drop-offs, including handicap-accessible parking spaces for those in need. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the brown directional signage! Overnight parking is allowed, but vehicles must be picked up by 11:00 AM the following day.
