Cocktails, beer, and wine will be available to guests during arrival time. Non-alcoholic options will also be available. Please also take advantage of our photographer on site at this time.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Seat yourself at either your assigned table or in the mezzanine and lounging areas.
Intermission
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Reset after the ceremony with a drink or say hi to the newlywed couple!
Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
A buffet-style dinner will be provided by Unique Dining Catering. Food will include options of chicken with white sauce, beef tips in mushroom sauce, stuffed bell peppers with rice (vegetarian and vegan guests only), garden salad, roasted vegetable medley, garlic mashed potatoes, and dinner rolls.
Variety Hour
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
This section of our event is open to any guests who wish to impart well wishes to the couple in any and all forms of expression! Guests may choose to prepare speeches, performances, slideshows, stories, games, and more - be as creative as you'd like! To sign up for a slot ahead of time, please contact Rebecca Thavis (612-839-3330) with your name and a brief description of your set to start coordinating the set list. Equipment available will include microphones and stands, speakers, laptop, and projector. Please keep sets around 5-10 mins each.
Desserts and Dancing
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The dance floor will open to guests to dance and mingle. Desserts will also be provided. At 9pm a late night snack will be provided by Parkway Pizza. 10pm cut off for food and drinks.
