We're getting married!

Maddigan and Matthew started talking online and quickly found themselves texting and calling each other around the clock. Although they talked about meeting up for a date, Matthew was out of town at the time. When he returned, he surprised Maddigan by reserving a table at a beautiful steakhouse in the city of New Orleans. Matthew picked Maddigan up for dinner with flowers, they talked for hours, neither of them wanting the night to end. So they continued the evening with drinks at a rooftop bar overlooking the city of New Orleans and from that night on, they knew something special had begun.

Matthew and Maddigan have always shared a love for traveling and making memories together. While Matthew was away on a work trip, the two decided to meet halfway to spend some time together. Matthew suggested traveling to Paris around Christmas and New Year’s, and what began as a holiday idea soon became the perfect opportunity to propose to the woman he loves, Maddigan. After months of careful planning, the moment finally arrived. Matthew booked a couples photoshoot near the Eiffel Tower, and during the shoot, he got down on one knee and asked the question. Maddigan said yes, making Paris the place where their forever began.
