WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

BECAUSE THE CEREMONY BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 3:00 PM, WE RECOMMEND YOU AIM TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 20-30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY TO PARK AND TAKE YOUR SEAT.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

WE'D LOVE TO SEE OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY GET DRESSED UP FOR OUR BIG DAY! THE DRESS CODE IS SEMI-FORMAL. EXAMPLES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: SUITS, SPORTS COATS AND DRESS PANTS, FORMAL JUMPSUITS, COCKTAIL DRESSES. PLEASE NO JEANS OR DENIM.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/+1 NOT LISTED ON THE INVITATION?

DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THOSE GUESTS FORMALLY INVITED ON YOUR WEDDING INVITATION. WE APPRECIATE YOU UNDERSTANDING AND CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU!

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

WE LOVE YOUR LITTLE ONES! DUE TO FACTORS INCLUDING SPACE, WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST NO CHILDREN. WE HOPE YOU TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY A DATE NIGHT WITH YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER AND APPRECIATE YOU MAKING PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

WEATHER PENDING, THE CEREMONY AND COCKTAIL HOUR IS OUTDOORS. THE RECEPTION WILL BE HELD INSIDE WITH OUTSIDE ACCESS TO FIRE PITS AND A GORGEOUS BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE GOLF COURSE.

Question

If I am staying at the hotel, how will i get to the Venue?

Answer

There will be two shuttle services available to transport guests to and from the hotel/venue. This will help ensure everyone can arrive comfortably and on time. Specific times for the shuttle service will be provided at check-in.

Will breakfast be available?

Answer

Yes. For those staying Friday May 2nd, the hotel offers a breakfast buffet to enjoy Saturday morning. On Sunday May 4th a continental breakfast will be provided for all our guests. Time: 9:00AM-12:00PM Location: Reserved room within the hotel, more details to follow. Feel free to join us at any time during the 3 hour window.
