Yes! Our wedding will have an open bar, as well as a variety of soft drinks for our guests to enjoy! All we ask is that our guests please be mindful and respectful when consuming alcohol.
While we love our smaller family members with all our hearts, children will not be allowed to attend unless otherwise stated on the invitation. This is for their safety and it allows the event to run as smoothly as possible. It also gives parents the chance to relax and enjoy the event! Kids will be welcome to attend other events such as the bridal shower.
We are asking that our guests RSVP by September 24th. This gives us plenty of time to ensure that our vendors have the correct numbers and ensure that everyone will have enough to eat.

Yes! When you arrive to The Willow Tree, there will be someone to guide you to a spot. We also have Reserved Handicap Parking for those who need it.
We ask that you arrive to the ceremony by 1:55 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 PM. We have a more detailed timeline under the “Schedule” tab.
Our dress code is dressy casual. We would like you to be comfortable in something styling that is not overly formal. Women are encouraged to wear midi dresses, jumpsuits, or well coordinated dress pants and blouses. Men are encouraged to wear suits or blazer jackets, dress shirts, and dress pants. Please note: Our ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) in the beginning of November. Our reception area is partially enclosed but will allow drafts to come in. Please feel free to bring a blanket or heavier jacket to stay warm! We do want you to feel comfortable!
We do have a hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express in Tipp City, OH. There is a link to this under travel. You will have to adjust the dates for check in and check out in order to receive our rates. Please note: This Holiday Inn Express location is not pet friendly, nor is our venue*. We encourage you to leave your furry family members at home, but if you need a pet friendly hotel, there is the Comfort Inn & Suites Tipp City Dayton North I-75 in the same area as our hotel block with Holiday Inn. *Our venue is not pet friendly. If you bring your pet with you, please have care planned for them for the duration of our event.
We do not have any other major events planned around the wedding. Those who are invited will be receiving an invitation to the bridal shower and the rehearsal dinner.
We do not have shuttle services planned. If you are planning to drink, we ask that you drink responsibly and plan your ride ahead. The area does have Uber and Lyft available.
We are not registered at any particular place. We ask that if you gift anything to please contribute to our honeymoon fund. The link to this can be found under the “Registry” tab and it is done through Zola. While we are incredibly grateful for anything that is gifted to us, it is by no means a requirement to gift us anything. We simply appreciate you being a part of our day and taking time to celebrate our union.
