We are moving our ceremony and reception outdoors, where there is plenty of space to socially distance. We welcome guests to come celebrate our wedding in person, but understand that many will not be able to make it during this time. Our priority is everyone's health (both mental and physical) so we ask that you make the best decision for yourself and your family about whether to celebrate in person or from afar!
Absolutely! We are excited to see the stylish masks everyone chooses to bring:) wear your mask when appropriate (at this point, we hope everyone knows what that means)
Yes. We are working with our caterers and will be following Colorado's guidelines for restaurants and bars. We will increase sanitation, and encourage all guests to help us in this effort. Please wash your hands frequently, do not drink after anyone, and do not interact with servers without your mask. Our wonderful caterers are working hard to ensure we follow all public health guidance, so help us by doing your part!
We are going to have the servers dish all food at a buffet line. We will have all tables seated until they can go to the buffet table- no lines at the food allowed so we can properly socially distance! Once you get to the food station, you will stand behind a line, which will be 6 feet from the server and the food. Servers will dish your meal for you, as you tell them your order. Once you are finished being served, you can pick up your plate at the end of the line! Please wear your mask while you go through the service line, do not touch any of the serving utensils or food, and do not cross the line separating you from the food and our servers.
We will have assigned seating at the reception. We will keep everyone in "family pods", to the extent possible. For the ceremony, please come with your "family pod" and seat yourselves once your whole group has arrived. We will keep rows the same as tables, so avoid sitting in any row that is already occupied. We will make sure we have enough space for everyone! And if you are concerned about who you will be sitting with, and would like to attend in person, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and let us know.
