What is the attire?
Answer
The dress code for the evening is black-tie optional. We ask that men wear a tux or suit with tie. For women, please wear floor-length or mid-length dresses. Bright colors and patterns are welcome - it's summer!

Will there be transportation between the venues?
Answer
There will not be transportation provided between the ceremony and reception locations. Please plan on driving or ubering.

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking at both venues.

What is the bridal party wearing?
Answer
The bridal party is wearing olive green satin dresses. You are absolutely welcome to still wear green, but just wanted to provide the info :)

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Unless their names are listed on the invitation, we ask that you do not bring your children or babies to either the ceremony or reception.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Unless your guest's name is listed on your invitation, we ask that you do not bring a plus one! (If you have a question or concern about your guests, please reach out to Maddie or Ryan).

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We ask that the ceremony is a phone free/unplugged wedding ceremony. We have wonderful photographers who will capture the ceremony! For the cocktail hour and reception, we encourage you to take photo and video.

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
The entire wedding will be inside.... given that it's a Georgia wedding in August, please still come prepared for the heat!

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
Yes, you can leave your car at the Gainesville Civic Center overnight, but please note that the venue is not responsible for cars left after the event. Cars cannot be left at the Chapel on McEver overnight due to church services the next morning.
