We're Getting Married!

Maddie and Patrick's love story began on a Friday evening at popular renovated church that transitioned into a local dive bar in Old Town Manassas (3 Monkey's!). Unexpected for both, yet seemingly noticing each other, Patrick initiated the first conversation with a simple "Hi I'm Patrick". The conversation lasted all night until it was time for the bartenders to kindly hint at customers that it was time to leave by turning on the lights and playing "closing time". Patrick was able to get Maddies phone number in hopes for a future date and letting her know that he plans to message her. Following Patrick's statement, Maddie quickly replied in her own well-known fashion with "I expect it", and needless to say the rest is history

Patrick began planning on his proposal to Maddie late September of 2024. He wasn't quite sure on; how, when, or where to ask the important question. However after several days of thought, Patrick was able to come to the idea of Luray Cavern, a well known cave system in North Western Virginia, and a place Maddie has wanted to take him for quite some time. Patrick's plan started with asking for her parents blessing at her sisters baby shower early October. He aimed to pop the question in mid-November on a weekend they were both free from their busy work schedules. It was simple, set up a nice weekend for the couple to enjoy a few fall dates, and then end the weekend with an amazing engagement! Patrick was able to work with a photographer to pre plan and scout out the area ahead of time to ensure they could capture the moment! Everything was lining up to become an amazing weekend! A few days prior to the planned engagement, one additional unexpected yet joyful surprise occurred that came to be the birth of Maddies niece, Serena Grace!! A beautiful healthy baby girl that came into the world with smiles and good vibes to create what would be an unforgettable weekend. The eventful weekend would later build upon the anticipation and excitement Patrick had planned for Maddie at Luray. That Sunday on November 10th 2024 Patrick and Maddie ventured out to Luray cavern and found themselves under an archway deep inside the cave, where Patrick then asked the question "will you marry me" and Maddie's surprised and excited reply with "YES!"

Our little family is well known to the Flemings, Dinglers and friends! Our pets Paisley and Manny! They keep us busy, and create so much happiness in our house! It is never a dull moment in our household and sometimes we can't stop talking about them!
