Question

What time should I arrive at the The Lost Resorts?

Answer

We recommend arriving on Friday, August 15th, between 12 PM and 4 PM to settle in and enjoy the full wedding weekend experience!

Question

Food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration safely! Please let us know any special dietary needs when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Lost Resorts is our main venue, but there are plenty of great options nearby. Neighboring resorts, Airbnbs, and hotels in Greer all work well. We recommend booking early to secure your stay!

Question

Wedding Weekend Dress Code Themes

Answer

Friday (Welcome Night): Rustic Western – Think classic cowboy meets Northern Arizona rancher. Feel free to get creative with Western wear—boots, hats, denim, and rustic vibes welcome! 💙💜 Saturday (Wedding Day): Shades of Blue or Purple – Our big day will be filled with magical hues of blue and purple. Whether you go bold or subtle, we’d love for you to incorporate these colors into your attire! Also, our ceremony will take place outdoors with natural terrain so high heels are not recommended. Dress up, have fun, and let your style shine! ✨

Question

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring my dog to the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love furry friends, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home for this celebration. The venue does not allow dogs, and we want everyone (including the wildlife!) to have a stress-free weekend. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What’s the weather like in Greer in August?

Answer

In August, Greer, Arizona, typically experiences pleasantly warm temperatures, with average daytime highs around 72°F (22°C) and nighttime lows near 52°F (11°C). This month is part of the monsoon season, bringing increased rainfall; Greer receives an average of 6.81 inches (173 mm) over approximately 24 rainy days in August. Humidity levels are moderate, averaging around 61%. Given the potential for rain and cooler evenings, it's advisable to dress in layers and consider bringing rain gear.

Question

Can I Bring a Plus-One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 3:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin at 4:20 PM on August 16th.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to be present in the moment during our ceremony, so we’re having an unplugged ceremony. Please keep phones and cameras away until after we say 'I do'—then feel free to capture and share the magic!

Question

What should I bring?

Answer

Greer’s mountain weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing layers for the cooler evenings, comfortable shoes for outdoor terrain, and a light rain jacket in case of monsoon showers. Since this is a remote mountain location, there are no major stores nearby—just one tiny local shop—so please come fully prepared, like you're going on a camping trip. That means bringing: Plenty of drinking water Snacks and any food or drinks you’ll want between meals Coffee/tea and fixings (Most cabins should have machines, but don’t count on it) Groceries or quick meals if you plan to cook All personal comfort items, toiletries, and anything else you’d need if you were far from a store Think of it as your own cozy mountain outpost—bring what makes you feel good, fueled, and ready to celebrate! 💫

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both take place at Lost Resorts, so once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the celebration without needing to travel between locations.

Question

Can we bring our own drinks?

Answer

Yes! You're welcome to bring whatever drinks you'd like and keep them in your cabin. Just a heads up—the resort doesn’t allow open containers on the property for liability reasons. So please bring a cup, tumbler, or bottle with a lid to keep things discreet. As long as it’s in your own cup and you’re not technically saying there’s alcohol in it, you’re good. Cheers!
