Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The Barn at Raccoon Creek. The ceremony will start at 4:30, with the cocktail hour starting right after.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

When we send out our formal invitations, your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} and Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Question

Are children also invited to the wedding reception?

Answer

If your formal invitation includes "{Your Name} and Family" then your child/children is included in our guest count.

Question

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We do not have a dress code, feel free to wear what makes you feel most comfortable. Maddie would appreciate others avoiding white :)

How do I make my meal selection?

Answer

We will be doing a buffet styled dinner, so there is no required meal selection.

Question

Will there be transportation provided from the reception to the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle bus taking guests from the hotel, Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Highlands Ranch, to The Barn. The shuttle will leave at 3:20 and come back to take another group at 3:45. The shuttle will also take guests back to the hotel from the reception. The earlier bus is leaving The Barn at 9:30, and another will be leaving at the end of the reception time at 10:30.
