We’ve reserved a room block at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, where all wedding events will take place! Please book through our travel coordinator, Chad Simpson, using the link on the travel page.
While you're welcome to stay at a different resort, we strongly recommend booking at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort. If you choose another hotel, you'll need to arrange and pay for transportation to and from the resort each day, as well as purchase a $130 day pass to access the resort on the wedding day. Any potential savings from staying elsewhere will likely be offset by these additional costs. Plus, you'll miss out on the pre-wedding events, hangouts, and the convenience of being on-site with the rest of the guests. For a seamless and memorable experience, we suggest staying where the celebration is happening!
Your nightly rate includes lodging, all meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and access to resort amenities such as infinity pools, fitness center, private beach, bars, restaurants, and more.
No—Chad is only handling hotel bookings. Guests are responsible for booking their own airfare.
Taxis from the Puerto Vallarta airport cost around $30–$40 USD. You can also use rideshare apps. If you'd prefer to arrange transportation in advance, Chad can help coordinate that. The hotel is about a 30–40 minute drive from the airport.
Yes. All U.S. travelers must have a valid passport to enter Mexico. Make sure your passport is not set to expire within 6 months of your travel dates.
If you’re booking through our room block, there’s a 3-night minimum stay. Rooms are held from March 12–16, 2026, with some available through the 18th. The wedding is on Saturday, March 14, and most guests will arrive on Thursday (12th) or Friday (13th) and stay for 3–6 nights. If you'd like to stay longer, we can help request extra nights through Chad.
A more detailed itinerary will be added to the website in the months leading up to the wedding, but plan on a weekend of fun, sunshine, and celebration!
We're not doing a traditional registry—your presence is truly the greatest gift! That said, for those who feel moved to give or want to gift something in lieu of attending, we’re gratefully accepting contributions to our travel fund. See our "Registry" page for details.
The ceremony will take place on the beach, with the reception held at the resort’s beach club. Dress code is beach formal. Barefoot is welcome for the ceremony! The reception area is on sand but has a solid base, so heels are totally fine. All events will be outdoors, starting around 5:30 PM. Expect sunshine and temperatures between 70–80°F during the day, cooling to around 60°F in the evening.
