FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please navigate to the RSVP tab and search for your name. Your name, along with any invited guests in your party, will appear—simply indicate who will be attending.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by February 21, 2026. To ensure we can provide an accurate guest count to our venue and vendors, we won’t be able to accept responses after this date. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate guests who do not submit their RSVP by the requested date. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Question

What should I do if I need to make changes to my RSVP?

Answer

No worries—life happens! If you need to update your RSVP, just return to the RSVP tab, enter your name, and make any necessary changes.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage our guests to dress their best! Our dress code is semi-formal / cocktail attire. For women, feel free to wear longer dresses or elegant midi styles in fun colors or prints, but please refrain from wearing white. For men, think suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt— ties and blazers optional. Think festive, polished, and ready to celebrate! Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to share a personal and meaningful celebration, we are inviting only those specifically named on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your invitation.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax, celebrate, and dance with us!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:30 PM to ensure everyone is seated and settled before the celebration begins.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you join us in having an unplugged ceremony by keeping phones silenced and put away. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us. Once cocktail hour begins, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! QR codes will be available at the venue so you can easily upload and share your snapshots to our shared album.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at The Mill & Mine, located at 227 W Depot Ave, Knoxville, TN 37917.

Question

Will any part of the wedding take place outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, while the cocktail hour will take place in the outdoor courtyard. Most of the space is covered, and heaters will be provided for your comfort.

Question

Is there on-site parking available for guests?

Answer

Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and a complimentary parking lot is located just two blocks from the venue. Valet service will also be provided at no cost—simply pull up and we’ll take care of the rest!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, and specialty cocktails are on us—hangovers are on you! We kindly ask that guests drink responsibly and use Uber or Lyft if you plan to celebrate with us into the night.
