Kameron met his soon to be wife at the University of Rio Grande. They were on the track and field team together there. Kameron proposed on July 4th 2019 at Dawes Arboretum, a beautiful local garden in Newark where they ran a 5k together.
Maddie Rigsby
Bride
Help Maddie and Kameron settle the disagreement. Maddie thinks Kameron made the first move. Maddie added Kameron on snapchat (like people do), BUT Kameron sent her a message through snapchat! Maddie clearly thinks this was the first move. Anyway, Maddie can't wait to marry Kameron and spend the rest of her life never knowing whats next, because everyday is an adventure with him.
J Newman
Best Man
Kameron met J in high school and they have been best friends since! They ran track and cross country together at Newark High school. They have been on many adventures together around the U.S. and England. They also ran their first marathon together. These two will always have each others backs.
Kayla Dunham
Matron of Honor
Maddie and Kayla met at the baby sitters when Maddie was just old enough to start going. They have been best friends since. They grew up going to Sunday School together, and have always had many laughs and fun times together. Fun fact: Maddie and Kayla got engaged in the same year and are now getting married in the same year! Maddie was Kayla's maid of honor and now Kayla is Maddie's matron of honor.
Blake Freed
Groomsman
Kameron and Blake used to be enemies on the cross country course and track, until they became teammates at Rio Grande. Since then, they have been best friends. Blake actually saw Kameron's tattoo at a race before they new each other and ended up getting the same one. They have been all over the U.S and England together and have ran many marathons together. Kameron and Maddie miss him, as he is all the way in Missouri, but they are proud of him for following his dreams as he is working to become a doctor of chiropractic medicine.
Erin Swatzel

Erin and Maddie are cousins and technically half sisters by blood, since their moms are twins. They have literally done everything together growing up, and have always fought like sisters. Even with their fighting, they always seem to make up in an instant and stay best friends through it all. They were on the state semi finals volleyball team together and the state champion basketball team together.
Tyler (Panda) Bullock
Groomsman
Panda and Kameron met at Newark High school. They were in the same friend group together and hung out every summer growing up. They would spend many hot summer days playing ultimate frisbee and probably doing other things they shouldn't have been doing. They both share of love for video games and disc golf, and having a good time. They both also love puppies.
Peyton Rigsby
Bridesmaid
Peyton is Maddie's younger, but bigger sister. As Peyton likes to say, Maddie is her "little sis". Peyton and Maddie are 7 years apart, and even with this age gap they are still great friends that can always rely on each other. Fun fact: as Maddie has moved out, Peyton has now taken over her room and now has two rooms since she has so much stuff. Peyton also has a snake named Ziti and she likes to scare Maddie with it. Maddie loves her anyway, well for the most part.
Matt Engstrom
Groomsman
Matt and Kameron became friends at Rio Grande and where on the track and cross country team together there. They also used to be enemies when it came to running, and even as friends they still kind of are enemies. They still push each other to be better in running. These two used to be roommates in college and always seem to have a great time when they are together. Kam has also gotten Matt into disc golf and now they are obsessed together. Fun fact: Kameron was in Matt's wedding last year and now Matt is in Kameron's wedding this year!
Katie Engstrom
Bridesmaid
Katie and Maddie met at Rio Grande where they were on the track team together. They grew closer together as Matt and Kameron were always together. The more time Katie and Maddie spent together, the more they realized how alike they are and they became great friends. Their hobbies include shopping and running together. They really love hobby lobby and coffee. They also love laying around and watching movies. Fun fact: Maddie was in Katie's wedding last year, and now Katie is in Maddie's wedding this year!
Toby Hardwick
Groomsman
Toby and Kameron met at Newark high school where they ran track and cross country together. These two are the rottenest bunch when they get together, but are always a blast! They love playing video games and disc golf together. It has been great having Toby in Newark but he will be leaving us soon to go to Tennessee. He has left us many times to live in Iowa and Florida, but we still love him! Also he will love this picture of himself and will say "Go Noles"
Ashley Martin

Maddie and Ashley have known each other as long as they can remember. Their moms were college roommates and raised them together. They have many childhood memories together, such as girls beach trips, camping trips, listening to dixie chicks. Each time they get together it is always a blast! They have a special bond when it comes to running as they both enjoy this as a hobby. They know they can always count on each other in anything in life!
Nate Goodhart
Groomsman
Nate and Kameron met at Rio Grande where they ran track and cross country together. Nate was only at Rio for two years, but made such an impact on everyone including Maddie and Kameron. They have been great friends with him since. Fun fact: he has recently moved to Newark (to be closer to Kam and Maddie, oh and maybe because he got a job there). Maddie and Nate always enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning when he is over, and Kam and Nate like to run and play disc golf together.
Keri Lawrence
Bridesmaid
Keri and Maddie met in 4th grade at Eastern where they became inseparable. They ran track in junior high and high school together. They were in relays together that placed at state in high school. Maddie and Keri have ran many miles together and have done lots of yoga together. After high school, they both signed to run track at Rio Grande, where they were also roommates. They lived 3 years together and will always treasure their time spent together.
