How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP button on the front home page of the website any time. There will be a QR code on the invitation that will take you directly to the RSVP link on our wedding website. Please remember that the place settings and food will only be accommodated to the people who RSVP. The RSVP deadline is May 20th.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding, please indicate so as soon as possible on the RSVP, so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find that you will not make it, please reach out to Maddie or John as soon as you can. We understand things happen!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our invitations should already include any additional guests that we would assume you would bring! Due to space limitations and budget restrictions, we can only accommodate for the people formally invited on the invitation, as we are only prepared to accommodate those on the invites! If anyone is needing any clarification on that, please only reach out to Maddie or John personally as they are the only ones in charge of the guest list. Thanks for understanding!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love all of the kids in our lives, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children, due to space limitations we will only be able to accommodate the children formally invited on the invitations. If anyone is needing any clarification, please refer to the answer to the previous question above!

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is May 20th, if you are unable to RSVP in time, you will be marked as "NOT attending'. We want to celebrate with everyone we love, however, we have the deadline set for us to give final numbers to our vendors for our exact guest count and are unable to except late RSVP's. If this happens, we will not have seating, food, or drink accommodations available for you because those accommodations are all based off of the final guest count we submit from our RSVPs. I have a dietary restriction, what do I do?

Answer

If you have a severe allergy that you feel you need to check with us about, please reach out! On the RSVP page, there is dropbox to include any dietary restrictions/allergies that apply to you. Our goal is to make sure everyone has fun and can safely enjoy great food!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal, with lots of colors and patterns encouraged! You can wear whatever color you like with us as we celebrate our special day with everyone we love! We would love for everyone to look and feel amazing! You can wear whatever color you like with us as we celebrate our special day with everyone we love! In case anyone needs a visual to refer to when deciding what to wear, go to the "Things To Do" tab, there will be a link for you to click on inspiration for our dress code. We kindly ask you to not wear cream, white, ivory or any other colors that resemble white as they are reserved for the bride!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are fortunate enough to have been able to hire a photographer AND a videographer to tackle the responsibilities of capturing some of the most important moments of our day. Therefore, we would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone to be blocking the moment that they are trying to capture. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our I do's. So, we kindly and politely ask that people do NOT have their phones out during the ceremony. We will make sure to share all of the ceremony photos as soon as we receive them from the photographer! However, feel free to take as many pictures as desired once the ceremony is complete! If you do take any photos after the ceremony, please share them with us also! Thanks so much for your understanding!

Are there hotel room blocks reserved?

Answer

Yes! If you go to our travel page, we will have all of the information needed there.

Beverages at the reception?

Answer

We will be having an open bar, with a variety of drinks to choose from, including various non-alcoholic beverages. If you plan to drink, please do so responsibly and find a safe ride home! Uber does come out to our venue, please utilize it if needed. We will also have a selection of drinks available prior to the ceremony!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside. There will be accommodations for the heat, available for everyone to ensure everyone is comfortable and has a good time!
