Is there a hotel block?

Yes! Please head to the "Travel" section of the website to find the link to book a room under our hotel block.

Are all guests invited to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes! We encourage all our guests to join us at Knowledge Bar & Social Room at 8pm on Friday, December 11th. It is conveniently located in the lobby of North by Hotel Covington.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests wear formal attire for the ceremony and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bus available to pick up guests staying at the hotel and transport to/from the ceremony location.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking around Plum Street Temple, including a lot across the street. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts so we may begin on time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation, if you received a plus one, feel free to bring a guest and indicate their name on your RSVP! If not, please refrain from bringing a guest so that we can ensure having the proper number of seats and plates for everyone.

Are kids welcome?

While we love all the kids of our family and friends, we ask that this be a child-free event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate on your RSVP what dietary restrictions you have, our menus will include options for those with allergies or restrictions.

Why is there no meal selection on my RSVP?

Answer

Our plated dinner will include both entree options for each guest. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know on your RSVP so that we can ensure you receive the correct meal!
