What should I wear?

Answer

We ask for everyone to wear formal attire- like dresses, power pants, suits, khakis, or dress shirts. It’s important to note that the ceremony will be outside and weather in Louisville should be mild around this time. However, the rest of the evening will be indoors.

Where should I park?

Answer

Mellwood Art Center has a parking lot at the front of the complex right by our ballroom. There will also be an overflow lot right across the street with signage to direct you. The entire venue and parking lot is handicap accessible. There is also a round-about drop off spot at the front of the venue for your use.

What is the phone policy?

Answer

We do not have a strict unplugged rule but we ask that phones not be used during the ceremony, as we have a wonderful professional taking photos of the day. If you take photos through the rest evening, though, please post them with the hashtag #ThePartyMcCartys so we can share in the joy!
