Welcome Party

Come join us in the Hospitality Suite on the 3rd floor for drinks and snacks!

Ceremony and Reception

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Following a short outdoor ceremony, there will be cocktails, dinner, and dancing. Guests will be able to float between the outdoor terrace and ballroom to celebrate during this time.

Riverboat Cruise

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Casual Attire

We have chartered a 2-hour private riverboat cruise on the Henrietta. They have a cash bar on board and you are welcome to bring snacks if you would like. The boat will be departing from the dock behind Hotel Ballast; boarding starts at 3:30.

Bon Voyage Breakfast

8:30 am - 10:30 am

Swing by the Hospitality Suite on the 3rd floor to grab a bagel, pastry, fruit, juice and coffee before your departure.
