The shuttle will pick guests up at the hotel in a few trips before the ceremony (3:30 PM, 4:00 PM). The shuttle will then take multiple trips throughout the night back to the hotel (9:00 PM, 9:45 PM, 10:30 PM, 11:35 PM, 12:00 AM). We are only able to accommodate transportation for guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express.
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside as long as the weather cooperates. In case of inclimate weather, we do have a Plan B which is on the same property so no changes for you!
The dress code is cocktail attire but please note that the venue is mostly outdoors.
Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour on site, followed by dinner and dancing.
Please arrive no later than 4:20 PM so that we can start promptly at 4:30 PM. If traveling via shuttle from the hotel, we will be kept informed if anyone is running late.
There is a parking lot on site. The venue is mostly handicap accessible, but it is outside so may be more difficult to navigate in some instances.

Vehicles can be left overnight but must be picked up by 9 AM on Sunday morning (August 29). If you're staying at the hotel, please take advantage of the shuttle if you plan to drink!
While we can't predict the weather, August in Minnesota typically ranges from 65-85*F
