Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Iron City in downtown Birmingham! It is an inside only venue.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have two GREAT and experienced photographers capturing our day so kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We will happily share our professional images with you after the wedding!

What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar serving beer, wine, and champagne.

If we are coming out of town, where should we stay?

Answer

Due to the World Games being in Birmingham on our wedding weekend, there are not a lot of hotel rooms open right downtown. We recommend checking out hotels in Homewood, Pelham, Hoover, or any cities right outside of Birmingham. Airbnb is also a great option!

What does the parking situation look like?

Answer

Iron City is in the middle of downtown which means lots of street parking! There are also two smaller parking lots next to the venue. As of right now, we do not have a valet so uber or carpooling is a great option!
