When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 1, 2024. Our official invitation will be going out in late February.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal which typically means cocktail-length dresses for women and suits for men.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:15 pm so that you can get settled before 5:30 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have arranged a shuttle service to and from the Best Western Plus River Escape Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sylva. Please see the schedule below for departure times. Best Western Plus River Escape Inn & Suites: Bus will depart at 4:35 pm Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sylval: Bus will depart at 5:00 pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue will have plenty of guest parking. Please note, the venue is located up a steep and narrow driveway and smaller cars may have a tougher time accessing it. Cars will not be allowed to park overnight.

Are kids welcome?

While we love kids, we ask that you enjoy your parents' night out and leave the littles at home.
