Maddie and I have known each other for 10 years this year and it all started with Maddie inviting the weird girl to the grove overnighter in 6th grade. Thank goodness she did because that lead to an amazing friendship of staying up all night, filming videos of us trying to harmonize, going on each others family vacations, and so many laughs and good conversations.

Hi I’m Myles and I’m Blake’s best man. Blake and I go wayyyy back. We met in 4th grade at the grove k-5 youth ministry. Blake and I hit it off very early from what I can remember, we would always team up together. But Blake and I’s friendship really took off in the 7th grade when I transferred to foothills. We have genuinely been through a lot together, whether it be navigating school, sports, relationships, etc. Blake has always had my back and I’ve always had his. One of my most funny memories with Blake was freshman year camp with the Grove. Him and I and a few other buddies snuck out of our cabin to the kitchen to get some left over brownies, but they weren't fully cooked so were all out in the middle of this camp with no one around stuffing our faces with undercooked brownies and making a huge mess on our hands and faces. All of my fondest memories with Blake were mostly at camp or at school and I could go on forever with endless stories. But all I know is that I am extremely happy to see my childhood best friend getting married to one of my other good child hood friends. It truly is incredible and I couldn’t be happier for my brother!

Hi :) My name is Adam. I’ve known Blake for about 7 years now. We first met in High School and have grown a lot closer over time. Blake is one of the funniest people I know. Whenever I am with him, I am always laughing or smiling. He is such a joy to be around. Blake and I also love to surf together. Some of my best memories of us are out in the water catching waves and having a good time. I am so thankful and blessed to have Blake as a friend and brother in Christ!

I first met maddie at volleyball practice when she joined about a week after tryouts! She came in and looked nervous but I don’t think she realized how desperate we were for another person on the team haha. We immediately clicked and spent the rest of the summer either hanging out or at practice. Maddie is the most fun, energetic, and sweetest person I know! I am so grateful to have met her at 14 and to know her still at 21! Congrats Maddie and Blake, love you both !

Hi I’m aubrey! Maddie and I met in 6th grade in first period history and quickly became close friends. I invited her to our home church, the Grove, where she and Blake met for the first time! It’s been such a privilege getting to literally grow up with two of my close friends who are now getting married!! Throughout our preteen and teenage years, and now our twenties, Maddie has remained a true sister to me. She loves unconditionally, is extremely consistent & intentional in all of her relationships, and has the purest & most selfless heart of anyone I know❤️❤️

Hi, my name is Jacob Baptista and I've known Blake since freshmen year of high school. I got close to Blake when we first got out of high school hauling big tuna and getting bloody on the docks of Point Loma working at the fisheries. Since then I've considered Blake to be like a brother to me. Whether we're going on runs, hitting the gym, going on surf trips, snowboarding, or having a good time swimming in the backyard, I know I'm in for a good time with this lad. Hi! I am Tori and I am so excited to be joining Maddie and Blake on one of the most important days of their life! Maddie and I have been friends since we were 12 years old , and almost a decade later I still consider her one of my closest friends. She is the most kind hearted, selfless, God-fearing woman and I couldn’t be more blessed from our friendship. As her big day nears, I am constantly reminded of the most amazing memories that we’ve encountered over the last 9 years, some of them including when her and Blake first started dating and how excited she was. I think we all knew their beautiful relationship was one that would last and I’m so happy that it is. To being young girls dreaming about our wedding days and future husbands to joining you on the real day with Blake is something so special.

Hi I’m Evan and I’m so siked to be one of the groomsmen for such a special and important day! I’ve known Blake for about 10 years now and it has been a blast. We met in middle school and we were always nice and fun with each other but Blake and I really began to grow close in the later years of high school and the years after that. Blake has got to be one of the funniest guys I know… whenever I’m around him I’m always laughing or waiting for him to make me laugh! I love getting to do anything with him, whether it’s playing basketball, watching a movie, or just hanging out, it always ends up being a great time filled with laughs. Apart from all that fun stuff, Blake is a super important friend to me who’s always been there and always reaches out to me and I’m so grateful and excited for his upcoming wedding!
