Whether it’s a bold splash of color or a subtle pop, feel free to express yourself and add to the joyful atmosphere. The dress code is cocktail attire—think polished and stylish, perfect for an elegant celebration.

Do We have a room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at the La Quinta Inn in town. Just make sure to book by September 11th to get the special rate. After that, regular pricing kicks in and availability might be limited! While there’s no discount code, you can call the hotel directly and mention you're with our party to receive the special block rate.

Are kids invited?

We love the little ones, but this time we’re keeping it adults-only! Get ready to let loose and celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

If you’ve got a plus one, their name will be on your invite and ready to RSVP! If not, we’re keeping it cozy and intimate with our closest friends and family. Thanks for being part of our special day! Not sure? Feel free to text Maddie or Ben—we’re happy to help!

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

We’re going all out! The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be under a tent—weather permitting, of course! Plus, our Longhorns will be in attendance, making it even more unforgettable!

What time should guests arrive?

The ceremony kicks off at 5:00PM sharp—but don’t be fashionably late! We’d love for everyone to be seated and ready to go by 4:45PM so we can get the party started right on time.

Is there parking?

Answer

We’ve got plenty of room to park—just make your way thru the gates and out to the pasture near the ceremony site. Yep, you’ll be parking in the grass like a true ranch hand! Don’t worry, it’s nice and close, and it'll be easy to spot (and maybe a cowboy or two) to point you in the right direction.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

We're sorry, there isn’t! Unfortunately small-town living means no Uber or Lyft, so please plan accordingly. Since most of you will be staying at the same hotel, use the buddy system and be sure to designate a DD. We want everyone to have fun and get back safely!

We’ve rounded up some of our favorite local food trucks—get excited for tacos, BBQ, and a whole lot of flavor, because delicious food is a love language too! If you have any dietary restrictions, just shoot Maddie or Ben a text—we’ve got you covered.

The best airports are Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL), both about 1.5 to 2 hours from Sulphur Springs.

How far is Sulphur Springs from Dallas?

Sulphur Springs is approximately 90 miles east of Dallas, Texas. The drive typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Be sure to stop at Buc-ee's on the way for a quick break, snacks, and some famous Texas-friendly fun! It's the perfect pit stop before you continue your journey to the wedding.
