Honestly, we don’t have an exciting origin story. As awkward college freshmen, we met through friends, held hands through an afternoon of Scooby Doo movies, and started dating (on April Fool’s Day). It wasn’t a prank though - although Anna initially thought that Maddie’s proposal was. Through ten years of evolving through adulthood’s early stages, we’ve become best friends as well as partners. We’re excited to dissolve our domestic partnership and graduate to being spouses.
