Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We need all our guests to RSVP by the RSVP deadline, July 19th, 2025, to allow for appropriate preparation to be made for all guests. Please note that if you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will understand that you will not be able to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:30pm, this will allow all guests to park, grab a drink and be seated for the ceremony to begin promptly at 5pm.

What should i wear?

Answer

Our wedding theme is western formal - cowboy boots, dress pants, long/medium length dresses, cowboy hats!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately due to limit on the number of guests that can be invited we are unable to accommodate extra guests. Please refer to your wedding invitation to know who is invited. We appreciate you understanding our limitations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your kids are more than welcome! However, we kindly ask that the ceremony is silent and all kids are settled and in seats or laps. If crying occurs we ask that you please walk away until your child has calmed down.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking area, signs will direct you. If you have special accommodations and can't walk far please don't hesitate to contact the bride or groom.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, they are both located at The Barnyard, 11995 Kenosha Rd.
