Best Woman
Emma lived down the hall from me freshman year at Bethel. It didn't take long for us to find each other and relate about the joys and hardships of life! We dreamt of being each other's MOH 5 years ago, and it has been a blessing to live that out together. Emma is my calm voice as reason, as well as my sarcastic comic relief. She is my midnight phone call and early morning coffee date. I couldn't do this without my person!
Best Man
Leonel Chavez is the best man because he’s a loyal friend. We meet while I was in my underclassmen years at Bethel and he was always a person the would make me laugh. He’ll stick with you through thick and thin and I have never come across a friend that no matter what I say or do, will still accept me for who I am like him. He is a driven and dedicated person who will always make time for the people around him and use that time to fullest amount. He’s pushed me to have a deeper understanding of my faith and know why I believe what I believe and I will always be grateful for that.
Bridesmaid
Lauren and I became friends through Welcome Week at Bethel. We quickly learned how similar we are and became fast friends. Lauren is the biggest hype woman and encourager you will ever meet. She has always been my safe place and go to person for prayer. Lauren is driven and is always someone you can count on. Her joy is contagious! If you hear screaming, it is probably just Lauren and I having a conversation.
Groomsman
Luke is doing me the honor of letting me marry his younger sister, which as an older brother, I very much appreciate. Luke might not say it or even know it about himself but he is incredibly confident in his skin. He has shown me that status, age or possessions don’t matter, just how honest you are with yourself and God. When Luke and I are together, he is fully invested in the conversation. You can tell that he genuinely cares about what is being said and I am excited to call him family.
Bridesmaid
Megan is the grooms sister, but she is also going to be MY sister! Megan is the sweetest and most relatable girl. She asks the best questions and is always ready to celebrate with you. I have loved getting to know her the past few years and can't wait for the lifetime of memories together. She is an answer to prayers and I am incredibly thankful to call her family.
Groomsman
Ben and I met freshman year at Bethel and the first thing that struck me about him was his tender heart. He is a gentle person who treats seemingly everyone the exact same way, something that I have always admired about him. Ben and I lived together junior year and he never failed to make me laugh, all while lifting me up and pointing me towards Christ. Him and I have had plenty of great times together- especially on the golf course where I one day hope I will actually be able to beat him.
Bridesmaid
Kalle and I lived in the same freshman dorm at Bethel. Together, we crawled through nursing school and came out the other side as Post Partum Nurses! Kalle is a spunky, goofy, lover of life. I can always count on her for bringing out my weird side, followed by a deep conversation about life and God within the same 20 minutes. We have watched each other grow and stretch throughout the years and I am so grateful to have her by my side.
Groomsman
Joren and I have been friends for going on five years now and I hope that I get least eighty five more. Joren is seemingly never low on energy which blows my mind because I feel as if I’m living from one cup of coffee to the next. He is creative and accepts people for who they are, fully embracing new experiences. I’m equally parts amazed and slightly jealous of the intelligence that this man posses, which somehow coexists with his cultivated humility and never ending jokes.
Bridesmaid
Eleanor and I met freshman year at Bethel. I always thought (and still do) she was the coolest person in the room, and then we became friends! El will laugh at this but she is what I call my "hipster friend." She brought me into the world of thrifting and I am forever thankful for that. She is full of light and love and her wisdom overflows with every word she says and is there for all the big and small moments.
Groomsman
Conner has blessed me with one of the most honest friendships that I have ever experienced both at and outside of Bethel. Conner and I share a natural affection for sports, which initially drew us closer together and sharpened us men after God’s heart. Some of my most cherished memories are watching football films of Bethel with him and seeing him grow in his athletic craft which in turn lead him to grow to the man that he is now. Conner is someone that will always welcome you (literally) with open arms and true joy.
Bridesmaid
On the first ever night in college, Rachel picked me out of a crowd and said "that one." This has been our long standing joke ever since then. She was my very first Bethel friend and has stuck through the thick and thin. Some of my absolute favorite memories come from random nights with her. Rach is the friend who can talk about anything for hours on end, never ceasing to leave you on the floor laughing. My shopping buddy and buddy for life!
Groomsman
Nate and I like other people in the party have been friends since our underclassmen years at Bethel. Nate has to be one of the most genuine and thoughtful young men that I have ever encountered and known. He unknowingly has pushed me and others to be better men, treating others according to the Golden Rule. He never seems to run out of grace which blows me away and makes me truly honored to be his friend. Nate is a man the type of man that you try describing but know that it will never truly do his character justice.
Personal Attendant
Natalie and I went through nursing school together and became roommates for our senior year! Natalie has the bubbliest and most contagious energy you've ever seen. She makes everything exciting and always finds something to laugh about. I am thankful for her ability to make stressful situations feel easier. And even more thankful to have become coworkers! She is a genuine friend who puts others before herself and her selflessness amazes me.
