Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 3rd. After this date, we will assume you cannot make it, and our final guest count will be sent to our vendors. If you RSVP yes, but find later that you can no longer be in attendance, please notify us as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have time to park, stop by the welcome center, use the restroom if needed, and walk to the ceremony location! (Plan to arrive by 1:30pm)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the invitation. If we have a plus-one reserved for you, it will be specified on your invitation! We appreciate your understanding, and can't wait to celebrate with you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire! Please keep in mind this is an outdoor venue, so dress accordingly. We aren't enforcing any color schemes, but if you'd like to match the wedding colors, think fall colors! (burgundy, burnt orange, etc.) The reception dinner is also cocktail attire.

Will hotel rooms be available for us?

Answer

While we do not have a formal room block, we have come up with a few recommendations of hotels in the area. If you are considering staying in the area overnight or for a few days, we've listed a few hotel options under the "Travel" tab that are cheap and close to the venue! You do not have to stay at these, if you do not wish you, you are free to choose any other hotel or accommodation!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue, near the welcome center. There is a short walk to the chapel itself, but there will be parking spaces available for you to use!

Can I take my own pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share the photos with you afterwards!
