Formal attire is requested. Suits, tuxedos, floor-length gowns and cocktail-length dresses are all appropriate.
Unless indicated on your envelope/invitation, please do not bring a plus one. If you are unsure, don’t hesitate to contact the bride and groom. We appreciate your understanding!
Please note, except for the wedding party, this will be an adults-only celebration.
Yes! The shuttle will depart from the hotel around 2:15pm for the ceremony, and back from the reception by 10:15pm.
Succop Nature park has ample paved parking and a flat grass overflow lot a short walk to the ceremony site. The safety of our loved ones is our absolute highest priority. If you do plan to consume alcohol, we ask that you not drive and take advantage of the hotel shuttle or make alternate arrangements.
Because our venue is located in a remote area, rideshare services are not reliably available. We STRONGLY recommend taking advantage of the hotel shuttle. If you do choose to use rideshare, we'd recommend booking both trips in advance to avoid significant delays and/or surge pricing.
Although we won't be hosting a formal farewell, those staying at the hotel are encouraged to gather with friends & family for breakfast in the lobby restaurant on Saturday morning. Breakfast is included in the room rate if you book within our group block by August 1st.
