What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

No more than 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Yes please bring a date, but must be noted on RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! There will be a kids table with games + activities for them to enjoy.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner will be buffet style so we will not be able to take special request.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking attendants there to direct you.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Answer

We will be having the wedding at the same venue rain or shine. Our wedding venue accommodates for all weather so no worries!

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, we do not want anyone drinking and driving, so our bus rental will be making stops at the two hotels in Wapak; Best Western and Holiday Inn Express at the end of the night (9:30pm-11:30pm). People can leave their vehicles at the venue but they will need picked up by noon the next day. We want everyone to stay safe!

Are we able to leave our vehicles at the venue if we party a little too hard?

Absolutely! We want everyone to have fun but stay safe. Cars are allowed to stay overnight but must be picked up by noon the next day.
