What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive for the ceremony at 3 pm! the actual ceremony will take place at 3:30pm, however, this will allow you time to mingle with loved ones and find your seat!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, because we only have one option for dinner, anyone who is vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, or any food allergy, please fill out the online RSVP accordingly. For example, if you tell us you are allergic to seafood, you will receive 2 chicken breasts.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is transportation from the Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club to and from the venue via a shuttle provided by the Inn. For those staying at the Hyatt or Best Western, a bus will arrive at 2:30 pm at the Hyatt for transportation to the venue and arrive at 9 pm for transportation back to the Hyatt. There will only be one pick up and drop off each way. Please note the Best Western is across the street from the Hyatt.
