Question

Pesos, water, tips and more!

Answer

As we mentioned we have some friends that spend a lot of time in Sayulita. Below are some tips she passed along! -A lot of places in town only accept cash so it's best to get some Pesos exchanged before going or taking some out at the airport in Puerto Vallarta before you go to town. -There are ATMs on the street but to be extra safe only use the Bank ATM. - Most of the newer restaurants accept credit cards -Remember service in Mexico is typically sloooowwww and they are on island time! So be patient and give yourself lots of time if dining out with a larger group. Also waiters will never bring the check unless you ask for it! - Ice is always safe to drink, it's all from the filtration plant in town! - Remember you are in another country, always put important items in a safe and make sure to lock your doors when you leave the hotel room!
