We have a room block at The Terrace Hotel in downtown Lakeland, within minutes of all wedding events. Use the group booking link on our Travel page to view available rooms and receive a discounted rate.

What airports are nearby?

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about 45 minutes west of Lakeland, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 1 hour east. Both offer major airlines, car rentals, and rideshare options.

Is transportation provided between venues?

Answer

Transportation is not provided. All venues are within a 5-minute walk or drive of each other in downtown Lakeland. Parking and rideshare options are available at every location.

Ample parking is available at all venues, including First United Methodist Church, the Magnolia Building, and Lake Mirror Center.

Are all events indoors?

Yes! All wedding events are primarily indoors. Both cocktail hour and the reception have outdoor areas that guests can access if they'd like.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes early to be seated before the processional begins. The ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 PM at First United Methodist Church.

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Please refer to your invitation for guest details. Unless otherwise noted, the wedding events are adults-only. For guests in need of childcare options, we recommend using our trusted local friends at Carilly.com.

What is the weather like in January?

Answer

Lakeland is usually mild and sunny in January, with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s and cooler evenings in the low 50s. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for outdoor moments.
