We have secured hotel blocks at the Holiday Inn quality Inn and the Super 8 all located in Clarksville, Arkansas 20 to 25 minutes away from the venue
Attire: Cocktail Button up shirts & slacks Think garden-party elegance: flowy sundresses, midi or maxi lengths, and light suits. We kindly ask for no athletic wear or club attire.
All three hotels listed are within 15 to 25 minutes away from the hotel dependent on traffic. Should be closer to 20 minutes.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We recommend arriving between 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM. This gives you plenty of time to park, grab a refreshment, and find your seat before we walk down the aisle. Please note that if you arrive after the ceremony has started, you may be asked to wait until the reception begins to enter.
Yes! We love your little ones and are so happy to have them celebrate with us (Hadlee can't wait to see her friends!). However, a small request: We ask that parents keep a very close eye on their children, especially during the ceremony and special dances. We want to ensure our photographers can capture these intimate moments without any little photobombers or distractions. Thank you for helping us keep the focus on the "I Do's"!
We are hosting an Unplugged Ceremony. We have hired an amazing professional team to capture every moment, so we kindly ask that you turn off all phones and cameras and be fully present with us. We promise to share the beautiful photos with you later! (Feel free to take as many photos as you like once the reception starts! 📸)
