If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make expectations and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand ♡
We have booked a block at Hilton Pearl River, a 10-15 minute drive from the venue. To book at the Hilton Pearl River, either use the link under the Hotel tab, or call 1-800-HILTONS. Please note if you choose to call, please let the guest service agent know that you are calling to make a reservation in the room block of The Maddalone/Scerra Wedding and the date of February 27th, 2026, so you receive the discounted group rate. The final date to book under the reserved block is February 3rd, 2026. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to Joseph or me directly.
For those staying at the hotel, we have shuttle services provided for your use. The shuttle schedule is as follows: Pick Up 5:45 PM 6:15 PM 6:45 PM Return/Drop Off 12:30 AM 1:00 AM
Welcome drinks to be served at 6:00 and ceremony to promptly start at 6:30.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal dress code for our evening. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses. We kindly ask that our guests please dress in ALL black. Please note, that men can wear a white dress shirt with a black suit!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begin, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!
On Saturday February 28th, 2026 we will be offering a farewell brunch at the hotel starting at 8:30am to 10:30am for anyone who plans on staying overnight. We hope to see you there!
