FAQs

Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions! Below, you'll find answers to some of the most common questions about our wedding. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to either of us directly—we’re happy to help! And don’t worry, you’re probably not the only one wondering—we can always add your question to the list!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 12th, 2025.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the North Lawn at Rancho Bernardo Inn by 3:30pm as we will be starting the ceremony at 4pm sharp. There will be complementary champaign available as you find your seats.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is black tie optional—perfect for a stylish yet relaxed celebration. Ladies, wear your favorite cocktail dresses or floral outfits that capture spring's charm. Gents, bring the suave in a sharp suit or tux, and channel your inner Sammy—feel free to skip the tie and embrace a more laid-back vibe. Picture Italian garden party with a touch of effortless sophistication!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but we kindly request that our wedding remain an adults-only celebration. We’ve made a special exception for a few children in the wedding party, and we hope you can enjoy a relaxing, child-free evening with us!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! For your convenience, we've included hotel recommendations in the Travel section of our website. While the Rancho Bernardo Inn is the primary location for our wedding festivities, we've also identified two alternative hotels nearby that we think you'll love. If you prefer the comfort of a home, options like AirBnB or Vrbo are great choices as well. Feel free to explore what works best for you! Let us know if you have any questions or need additional suggestions—we’re happy to help!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at Rancho Bernardo Inn. A $40 overnight fee applies for self-parking and $48 overnight fee for valet parking.
