WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

The day we met is a really fun story to tell! We had met through a mutual friend, and Alex invited me to his fraternity party. He picked me up, keep in mind, I have not even met him yet, and this party is out in the middle of nowhere at an airplane hangar (I know right, super smart of me). We laughed and danced all night, and I didn't know I could have so much fun with someone. Who knew a spontaneous night could lead to a love like this!

After a year of getting to know each other, he finally asked me to be his girlfriend at my apartment. It completely took me by surprise! Some friends and I were about to go out and celebrate my 21st birthday and he showed up with flowers and celebrated with us. We had such a fun night out at our local college bar, and we knew we would be together for the rest of our lives!

We had taken a vacation to San Diego, California, and if you know anything about me, you know that San Diego is my all-time favorite place. What I thought was going to be a cute little photoshoot overlooking the cliffs of Lo Jolla Island, ended up being the best moment of my life. He got down on one knee and asked for my hand in marriage! The moment was so surreal. We overlooked the ocean while bystanders cheered for us and our new life as newlyweds!
