Things To Do

Market Square & the Old City

Knoxville, TN 37902

Downtown Knoxville is very charming and fun! There are plenty of restaurants and shops. If you're hanging out in Market Square or Gay Street, you'll want to park in the Market Street parking garage or the State Street parking garage. These are free on the weekends and after 6 p.m. on the weekdays. If you are hanging out in the Old City, you'll most likely have to pay for parking or park in the parking garages above and walk! It's about a 5-minute walk.

Restaurants & bars we love!

We recommend all of these places for a drink or dinner or both! Yee-Haw Brewing: Beers, cocktails, yummy food, inside and outside seating! This place is a Knoxville favorite and right across the street from our venue! Fin-Two Japanese Ale House: This is one of our favorite places! They have delicious ramen. Oliver Royale: On the pricey side, but delicious and unique food. Farmacy: This is about a 10-to-15-minute drive from downtown Knoxville, but the food is so good. It's another favorite. Cruze Farm Ice Cream: This is Knoxville's "iconic" ice cream place! It's delicious. Petro's: A fast, casual Knoxville staple. You have to try a Petro and a tea with orange!

Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & the Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Gatlinburg, TN 37738

If you have more time to kill and a rental car, you could visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! These are about 30 minutes to an hour away from Knoxville. These are big tourist locations with plenty of activities. However, it could be busy on a Saturday. If you are an outdoor lover, the Smokies are gorgeous to visit.
