When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by December 31st We kindly ask that you RSVP by December 31st so we can make thoughtful arrangements for our special day. As much as we would love to include everyone, we’ll only be able to accommodate guests who respond by this date, as we need to provide a final headcount for catering and seating. Thank you for your understanding and support—we truly can’t wait to celebrate this joyful occasion with our loved ones.

Are children invited?

Answer

While children are welcome, we kindly encourage guests to make arrangements for a child-free evening if possible. Please note that the reception will include the service of alcohol and music that contains mature language. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you.

Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we kindly ask that only those individuals named on the invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your presence on this special occasion.

Is there onsite parking?

We’re happy to share that there is plenty of on-site parking for all our guests! As long as everyone follows the designated parking pattern, there will be more than enough space for everyone. Thank you in advance for helping us keep things running smoothly!

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm. We ask you to arrive 30 minutes before to ensure that everything can start on time and you are not rushed when arriving.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

To keep the ceremony peaceful, we kindly ask all guests—especially those in aisle seats—to please avoid taking photos during the service. Our photographers will capture every special moment, and we can’t wait to share them with you. Thank you for understanding and being present with us!

What is the dress code?

We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal attire to help us create a special and elegant atmosphere for our celebration. Here are some examples if you are stuck! For Women: Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, jumpsuits, or a nice skirt/blouse combo are all perfect choices. For Men: Dress pants with a button-up shirt. A blazer or sports coat is optional but adds a nice touch. — no need for a tie unless you’d like to wear one.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors in a lovely setting. Following the ceremony, we will move indoors for cocktail hour and the reception. We look forward to celebrating this special day with you!
