What can you tell us about the venue?

Answer

Williams Road is where we first met and as time went on where we continued to grow in our friendship. The youth building is where we spend most of time, especially during the summer as youth interns; it is also where Jake proposed. The ceremony will take place inside the auditorium with the reception to follow in the field behind the youth building. A short walk is needed to go from one place to another, but there is a paved pathway. We would recommend selecting footwear that is suitable for grass (such as flats, block heal, wedge, or boot), as majority of the night will be spent there

What does arrival and parking look like?

We ask that guest use the Williams Road parking lot. Upon arrival, please head to the auditorium and find a seat.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are located on the same property, but a short walk is required to get from one area to the other. For those who would like assistance in moving around the property, a golf cart will be available to assist in transportation of guest.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Due to the ceremony starting at 5:30 p.m. we ask that you begin to arrive around 5:00, in order to be seated and ready to enjoy.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage guest to join us wearing semi-formal western attire (this does include jeans). Due to the grass area of the reception, we encourage guests to choose outfits that are both dressy and comfortable for our outdoor celebration. Formal attire is not necessary as our goal is to look elevated yet relaxed and most importantly, comfortable.
