Yes! There is a designated parking area at the venue.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We are planning for a beautiful outdoor celebration! However, in the event of inclement weather, we have a backup plan on the property to keep everyone dry and comfortable under the large canopy.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children are absolutely welcome to join us for the Reception! We love your little ones and can’t wait to celebrate with the whole family. We just kindly ask that parents keep a close eye on their children to ensure everyone stays safe around the trees.

Why does my schedule look different than someone else's?

Answer

To keep our intimate ceremony and luncheon manageable, those events are limited to a smaller group of guests. We are so excited to open up the celebration to all of our extended family and friends for the reception later in the day! Please refer to your personal invitation for your specific schedule.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

You can bring extra guests to the reception. However, at the ceremony, due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation envelope. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can we explore the orchards?

Answer

You are welcome to enjoy the designated event areas! However, please remember that this is a working orchard. To help us preserve the venue, please do not climb the trees, pick the fruit, or pull on the branches.

What should I wear?

Ceremony & Luncheon: Semi-Formal / Garden Attire. Reception: Dressy Casual. Comfortable yet polished!

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Because Hidden Orchards is an outdoor venue with natural lawn, gravel, and orchard paths, we highly recommend avoiding stiletto heels. Block heels, wedges, flats, or dressy sandals will keep you comfortable all night.

Will I be cold?

Answer

Since we are outdoors, it can get chilly once the sun goes down. We highly recommend bringing a light jacket, sweater, or shawl to stay warm during the evening reception.

Can I smoke or vape at the venue?

Answer

No. Hidden Orchards is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the venue grounds.
